RESIDENTIAL WARRANTY PROGRAM

| | FUDELI Hardwood Flooring is pleased to offer you the following Residential Warranty Program on all FUDELI pre-finished flooring products installed within the confines of a private residential home using recommended installation methods, floor maintenance procedures, and maintaining proper relative humidity conditions within your home.
Under the Residential Warranty Program , FUDELI Hardwood Flooring warrants that its products meet all established industrial quality standards specified for each product category. The residential warranty is extended to the original purchaser(s) ONLY of the FUDELI pre-finished hardwood floor. This program is limited to residential application only, and does NOT apply to commercial or industrial use.

RADIANT HEAT PERFORMANCE | |
| | FUDELI Hardwood Flooring does NOT warrant the installation of any 3/4” solid hardwood flooring or any configuration of bamboo flooring over a radiant-heated sub floor. FUDELI engineered products can be installed over a radiant-heated sub floor (water filled tubes through concrete or sleeper sub floor). In order to maintain the product to it’s optimal condition and performance, you must have followed specific guidelines, as mentioned in the National Wood Flooring Association Installation Guidelines.
The radiant-heated system MUST have been tested and operational for minimum of 3 weeks prior to installation. At the time of the installation, turn off the system until 24 hours after completion. At that time, you are free to turn it back on. The surface temperature must never exceed 85 degrees Fahrenheit (or 28 Celsius). You must also maintain proper relative humidity level at all times during the year. Run humidifiers and/or fans as necessary to maintain correct normal relative humidity level.

25 YEARS FINISH WARRANTY

| | FUDELI Hardwood Flooring warrants, to the original purchaser, that the surface finish, an eleven step UV cured acrylic urethane aluminum oxide incorporating ceramic technology factory applied on its FUDELI pre-finished hardwood floor will NOT wear through or separate from the wood for a full twenty-five (25) years, from the date of purchase, when used under normal residential traffic conditions, and as long as you follow the preventive maintenance and regular maintenance as prescribed in and suggested in the World Floor Covering Association Maintenance Guidelines.
Finish warranty excludes any indentations, scratches, or surface damages caused by lack of proper maintenance, misuse, negligence, accidents, Pets, spiked heel shoes, (or shoes not under proper repair), water, wet mopping, erosion, pebbles, sand, other abrasives, insufficient and/or protection.
The surface wear must be readily visible and cover at least a full square inch of the surface area. Gloss reduction is NOT considered surface wear. All wood is natural, therefore there will be variances in color and wood grain, and wood flooring will naturally change in color after exposure to UV indoor or sunlight. This will NOT be covered in the finish warranty. Jatoba and some of the other exotic woods are photosensitive and will change color.
Use of floor care products other than those especially formulated for use on FUDELI pre-finished flooring, may damage your floor and may void the warranty.

STRUCTURAL LIFETIME WARRANTY-3/4” SOLID HARDWOOD FLOORS

| | Every step of the manufacturing process goes through a strict and rigorous QUALITY control standard. This is your best guarantee of superior QUALITY and consistency in our products.
It is mandatory that the purchaser(s) install the floor per FUDELI Hardwood Flooring installation instructions.
FUDELI Hardwood Flooring warrants to the original purchaser that its 3/4’ solid pre-finished hardwood floors are free of any manufacturing defects. Manufacturing defects are: improper milling, grading, staining, or coating. Structural lifetime warranty means that the hardwood flooring will remain free from defects in the base structure of the product, assembly, milling, dimension, grading, for as long as the original purchaser owns the home. All hardwood is susceptible to excessive moisture damage, therefore FUDELI Hardwood Flooring cannot be liable for cupping, warping, bucking, or twisting. It is the installers’ responsibility to inspect each board PRIOR to the installation. Panels NOT visually or physically acceptable, (also to grade or species), should be put to the side, and used in an acceptable location. Once the board is installed, it is NO longer in question as to the structural warranty.
If this board does NOT install properly, then again it is NOT to be used. There is still a warranty against cracks, splits, and finish. If more than 3% of the boards for the complete installation are unusable, return to FUDELI Hardwood Flooring for replacement.
Damages due to improper transportation, storage, installation, extreme indoor conditions, (extreme heat, dryness, or moisture), extreme sunlight, or any other accidental cause are NOT covered. Exposure to excessive heat, dryness, or moisture, may cause damage to the flooring. It is natural, due to inherent properties of wood that some minor contractions and expansions might occur. These occurrences, and/or visual changes of the hardwood floor will self-correct with seasonal climate change and/or when maintaining suggested normal environmental conditions.
All wood is naturally, therefore there will be variances in color and wood grain.
